Refund & Cancellation

Consultations

• Rescheduling: you may reschedule once, free of charge, by informing us at least [24] hours before your slot.
• Cancellation by you: cancellations made at least [24] hours before the slot are refunded in full [minus payment gateway charges]. Cancellations within [24] hours, or missed sessions, are not refundable.
• Cancellation by us: if we need to cancel, you can choose a new slot or a full refund.
• Once a consultation has been delivered, it cannot be refunded.

Courses

• Cancellations made at least [7] days before the batch starts are refunded in full [minus payment gateway charges].
• After that, fees are not refundable, but you may transfer to a later batch once, subject to availability.
• If we cancel or postpone a batch, you can choose a later batch or a full refund.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method through Razorpay, usually within [5–7] working days after approval.
